Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with the Best Pest Podcast Store. This policy explains our order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery procedures.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within two to five business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or print-on-demand merchandise may require additional production time. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During holidays, product launches, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing may take longer. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Certain pesticides, chemicals, aerosols, hazardous materials, or regulated pest-control products may have shipping restrictions. These products may not be available for delivery to every state or address.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated using the order’s weight, destination, product type, and selected delivery method.

Any free-shipping promotion will be subject to the terms displayed with that offer.

Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, standard domestic delivery generally takes approximately three to seven business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, supply problems, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments

Products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or locations. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless those charges were disclosed during checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or ships.

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package is still in transit, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within seven business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@bestpestpodcast.com. We will help you review the tracking information and file a carrier claim when appropriate.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check around the delivery location.
Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.
Confirm that the shipping address on the order was correct.
Contact the shipping carrier.
Contact us if the package remains missing.

We will assist with the carrier investigation but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as correctly delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, shipping label, and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Third-Party and Affiliate Purchases

Products purchased through affiliate links or directly from another retailer are shipped by that retailer. Their shipping policy, delivery estimates, fees, and customer-service procedures apply to those purchases.
